GROB Aircraft SE to Participate as Sponsor at Military Flight Training 2026
Tussenhausen-Mattsies, Germany – 11 March 2026
GROB Aircraft SE will participate as a sponsor at Military Flight Training 2026, taking place from 31 March to 2 April 2026 at the Hotel & Conference Center Sempachersee in Switzerland.
Military Flight Training is widely regarded as the world’s premier conference dedicated to military aviation training. Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, the event brings together more than 400 senior leaders, training commanders and industry experts from over 40 nations to discuss how air forces can strengthen operational readiness through modern training approaches.
Recent conflicts and evolving threat environments have fundamentally reshaped the requirements for military aviation training. Multi-domain operations, information-rich battlespaces and human–machine teaming demand new competencies from modern aircrews. Preparing pilots for this environment requires training systems that combine operational relevance, advanced technology and long-term reliability.
GROB Aircraft SE contributes to this discussion through its integrated pilot training systems. At the centre of this approach is the G 120TP, a side-by-side turboprop training aircraft designed to support modern military pilot training from the earliest stages through advanced preparation.
Combined with advanced simulation technologies, including immersive virtual environments and a 360-degree dome-based projection system, GROB’s training ecosystem enables a seamless progression from basic flight instruction to operationally relevant pilot training. The system provides a strong foundation for future specialization on fighter, transport and rotary-wing aircraft.
Today, GROB integrated training systems are in operational service with air forces worldwide, supporting pilot development across diverse mission profiles and climatic conditions.
Representing GROB Aircraft SE at Military Flight Training 2026 will be:
Carsten Elsebrock, Chief Sales Officer
Tim Schneider, Sales Europe & North America
Jiří Sýkora, GTS Sales & Business Development Manager
Michael Rosenqvist, Aviation Consultant
“Operational readiness begins with training,” says Carsten Elsebrock, Chief Sales Officer of GROB Aircraft SE. “Military Flight Training provides an important forum to exchange perspectives with our customers, partners and the wider aviation training community. We look forward to meeting many of our long-standing partners and discussing how modern training systems must evolve to prepare pilots for increasingly complex operational environments. As part of the Helsing group, we combine decades of aviation engineering with a forward-looking defence technology ecosystem. Our goal remains clear: to be a trusted partner for air forces preparing the pilots who will operate at the edge of tomorrow’s airpower.”
By sponsoring Military Flight Training 2026, GROB Aircraft SE reaffirms its commitment to advancing pilot training and contributing to the global dialogue on the future of military aviation training.
